**Purchasing Coordinator**

**Salary: £22,000 - £27,000 DOE**

**Location: Brough**

**Hours: Mon - Fri, 40 hours, flexible between 7.30am - 5.30pm**

Grafton Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading manufacturing company based in Brough for a Purchasing Coordinator to join their growing team.

The role will be supporting the Production Manager to ensure the company is working cost-effectively, and is sustainably supplying across the company, ensuring best possible prices and service levels at all times.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Day to day management of the warehouse, stock control/stock takes and delivery schedules
- Working closely with suppliers to manage quality and continuity of the products
- Develop and implement a PPE tracking system for staff
- services, trackers etc., and being the point of contact for any incidents
- Tracking supplement usage and placing orders where appropriate
- Purchasing all sundries for the business
- Keeping accurate records for all data points
- Working on large, unique projects, considering price and energy usage, and presenting to management

**You will need**:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- IT literate with Microsoft Excel experience
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise own workload
- UK driving licence
