**Operational Excellence Professional - Continuous Improvement, Lean Six Sigma**

Outsource-UK is recruiting for an Operational Excellence Professional on behalf of BAE Systems at their site in Barrow-In-Furness on a 12-month contract basis.

**Hourly rate**: £50 PAYE or £65.98 Umbrella

**Skills**
- Working understanding of Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement methodologies including Lean and Six Sigma.
- Preferably having prior experience in the Defence or Nuclear sectors, Aerospace and Engineering would represent the next most desirable options.
- Knowledge of Project Management principles
- Change Management
- Excellent presentation skills
- A strong team player across a range of circumstances
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people and teams
- Ability to motivate individuals and teams to embrace change and drive improvement
- Ability to understand and break down complex issues and communicate to a variety of stakeholders
