Location: Warwick

Hours: 37.5 hours per week.

Monday-Thursday: 9am-5:30pm

Friday: 9am-3pm

Permanent

Pay Rate: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

We’re currently recruiting for a Quality Inspector for a specialist manufacturing company based in Warwick. With impressive capabilities of low volume prototypes through to production our client is able to offer 3D Printing, Vacuum Forming, Injection Moulding, and Casting services as well as Metal Fabrication, CNC, and specialist composite manufacturing capabilities to their clients.

They’re currently looking to recruit a Quality Inspector to join their small, but successful team, on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is working Monday-Thursday from 9am-5:30pm and a Friday from 9am-3pm.

As the Quality Inspector you will be responsible for Quality of components in Goods-in and Goods-out as well as ensuring all parts are correct and to the quality standard expected. Within their metrology inspection room, you will have access to laser scanners and FaroArm CMM equipment which you will operate alongside visual and manual inspection.

The Quality Inspector role:
Responsible for Goods-In/Out including Quality and accuracy,

Responsible for quality checks through visual, manual and CMM,

Following quality processes including control of non-conforming products,

Interpretation of mechanical drawings and able to work to ISO standards,

Some responsibility of quality areas according to 5S method,

Supporting with audits and audit preparation where requires,

Accurate completion of any relevant quality documentation.

The ideal Quality Inspector:
You must have experience working as a Quality Inspector or similar, within a manufacturing or engineering environment,

Knowledge and experience using CMM machines,

Be able to read and interpret technical drawings,

You will be comfortable taking ownership of your duties and area,

You will be computer literate, and fully converse with Microsoft packages.
