PARTSPERSON/OFFICE COORDINATOR
JOB ROLE TO INVOLVE THE FOLLOWING TASKS.
- ORDERING PARTS, TYRES, MATERIALS AND DEALING WITH PARTS/GOODS NEEDING TO BE RETURNED, MANAGEMENT & STORING OF PARTS INTO PARTS STORAGE AREAS AND LOGGING PARTS INFORMATION AND LOCATIONS ONTO MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
- ASSISTING ESTIMATING OFFICE AND STAFF IN GAINING INFORMATION AND IMAGES FOR THE PREPARATION OF ESTIMATES, CHECKING PARTS TO ENABLE ACCURATE COMPILING OF ESTIMATES, LOADING ESTIMATES.
- ASSISTING IN THE DAY TO DAY UPDATING OF ESTIMATING & MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS.
- LIASING WITH WORKSHOP AND OFFICE STAFF FOR SMOOTH OPERATION OF WORKFLOWS AND DEADLINES.
- ARRANGING VEHICLE COLLECTION AND DELIVERIES WITH CUSTOMERS AND WORK PARTNERS INCLUDING RECOVERY COMPANYS, INCLUDING COURTESY CAR DEPLOYMENT/COLLECTION.
- FACE TO FACE CONTACT WITH CUSTOMERS AND AGENTS FOR VEHICLE BOOKINGS, ESTIMATES AND HANDOVERS.
**Salary**: £12.50-£14.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- CT102LF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
