To be successful in the role you should be flexible and responsive to a fast-paced environment, be eager to work in busy kitchen and support the head cook whilst keep a clean, smooth-running work-space.Responsibilities Include: - Helping with the preparation and distribution of food - Being a key team player
- Maintaining high levels of food hygiene at all times
- Tidying of any work spaces using correct products and following COSHH regulations
- Thorough cleaning of crockery, utensils and glassware Requirements for this role: -- PVG is required dependant on placement. Two references, must be from most recent employer and show 6 months UK experience. Work well as part of a team - Present good personal hygiene
