Experienced Butcher

**Experienced Butchers Required**

We are a Wholesale Butchers on the outskirts of Colchester.

We supply to restaurants, schools, cafes and other Butcher shops, we also have a busy retail shop on site.

This is a full time permanent position.

**Main Duties include**

*Processing, preparing, cutting of all meats.

*Prepare products for customer orders

*Adhere to food hygiene and health & safety guidance.

*Cleaning down at the end of each day

*Be able to raise customer invoices on a PC, (this is not an essential but an advantage)

The role would suit an enthusiastic individual either already in the industry, or if you are looking to further your career as a butcher.

You must be able to cut all meats and be experienced in boning out carcases, you may also be needed to help with heavy lifting.

Must be reliable, trustworthy, and flexible,

Must be able to work part of a team,

Have good communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
