**Llanover Estate**

Llanover is a rural estate on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park in South Wales. Properties owned and managed include residential homes, mostly in the conservation village of Llanover and surrounding countryside. Llanover has numerous agricultural buildings and a growing commercial portfolio of offices and light industrial spaces. There are also 5 holiday cottages and an in-hand farming enterprise.

**Role Title**: Estate Secretary.

**Purpose of role**:To assist with the management and administration of the property portfolio, providing secretarial and administration support and management of the holiday cottages.

**Reports to**:Resident Agent

**Location**:Court Farm, Llanover, Abergavenny, Monmouthshire. NP7 9HY

**Full/Part time 35 hours/week, Monday-Friday**

**Salary**: Negotiable, depending on experience

20 days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Use of Pool Car
- To prepare, format and issue high quality documents and reports.
- To organise and service meetings including agendas, minutes and ensuring follow up action.
- To receive and instruct requests for emergency repairs from tenants.
- To instruct routine compliance jobs for let portfolio.
- To manage the holiday cottage cleaning team and manage the booking system.
- Farm Partnership records administration.
- Property portfolio administration and archiving of property records.
- Administrative support relating to the letting of vacant properties.
- General holiday cottage administration.
- General assistance with running of holiday cottages including transporting of laundry/fittings.
- Preparing documentation associated with lease and licence renewals, rent reviews as instructed.
- Updating of computerised records.
- Filing and administrative support as required.
- Maintain Health and Safety documents.
- To manage the holiday calendar.
- To manage the human resource administration
- To manage the website and ensure the content is current and relevant.
- To ensure all relevant service documents for properties are current and compliant.
- To deal with incoming and outgoing post.
- Manage stationery levels, manage fire alarm testing and manage presentation of office.
- Such other duties that may be required from time to time.

Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year

- Abergavenny, NP7 9HY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Secretarial: 5 years (preferred)
