SF recruitment are currently recruiting for several after Sales Administrators to join a busy team, The after sales role consists of ensuring customers receive a positive after sales experience, closing off and processing any needed paperwork, answering any questions / queries, and processing the invoices.

This role you will work closely with the sales teams and its valued customers.

**Day to Day Tasks**:
Processing sales orders and customer bills
Dealing with order queries from customers and internal sales teams
Managing & posting electronic invoices
Creating new customer accounts
Creating/updating of back-order reports
Answer and direct incoming calls

**Desired Skills and Abilities**

Experience in MS Office tools, such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong organisational skills
Able to work as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
