**JOB SUMMARY** - **VAN Delivery Driver (Bicester)**

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- have a passion for the food industry
- has great customer service skills and an interest in meeting new people
- has ambition to be a key part of a fast-growing team and business
- needs to be well organised and have a keen eye for detail
- required to be proactive and flexible in their day to day approach
- a strategic thinker with initiative
- possesses excellent time-management skills
- a desire to be part of a fun, hardworking and growing team
- needs be able to work early morning and/or nights if required
- able to be flexible with working hours
- able to assist/complete other departmental tasks when not driving

**RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Following routed deliveries & collections (Monday to Saturday)
- Being the company’s ‘eyes and ears’ when out on the road and relaying necessary information to the team
- Representing the company to the highest standard including presentation and communication
- Maintenance of your company van and daily checks
- Completing in the necessary daily paperwork

**REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Excellent communication skills both internally and externally
- Have held a full clean driving license
- Ability to drive a 3.5-ton van
- Ability to think 'on your feet' attitude
