We are currently recruiting for an IT Helpdesk Support within the leisure industry.
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Take incoming support calls from customers
- Provide telephone assistance to customers as required.
- Analyse customer issues, diagnose and resolve where possible
- Escalate the issue for assistance from the outsourced IT dept if required.
- Reply to the customer with a solution to their issue.
- Maintain a log all support issues
- Close issues when they have been resolved
- Test bug fixes released by the development team before delivery to the customer

Looking for an enthusiastic person, a quick learner, strong communication skills both written and spoken. The ability to work in a team and as an individual, building good working relationships with customers, previous experience within a similar role. GoodPC and Internet knowledge
