We're looking for a Tenancy Liaison Officer to join our fast growing client in Peterborough They are building their brand quickly in the market, and their niche sets them aside from other businesses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, providing support and assistance in various aspects of their tenancy.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to coordinate services for tenants.
- Conduct tenancy audits and inspections to ensure compliance with housing regulations and property standards.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, tenancy agreements, and relevant documentation.
- Support tenants in the transition process, including moving in, moving out, and resolving tenancy-related issues during these periods.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the housing sector is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in IT systems and databases used for record-keeping and reporting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
