Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Front of House supervisor to join our team. As the Front of House supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment. If you have a passion for the culinary industry, strong leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise all front of house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders
- Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Oversee the dining area to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service flow
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies such as utensils, glassware, and beer; place orders as needed
- Implement strategies to improve overall restaurant performance and increase customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to enhance the dining experience

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using restaurant management software or POS systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Preferred Skills:

- Culinary background or experience in food preparation
- Bartending experience or knowledge of mixology

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
