At Fine and Country, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, fostering teamwork, and promoting work-life balance. As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, answering the phone, registering potential buyers onto our CRM system, booking appointments, creating property brochures and offering support to the team.

Office Hours: Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.30pm

Office Location: Rock, Alnwick

Requirements & Skills:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and social media platforms
- Well-spoken with excellent knowledge of the English language
- Confident telephone manner with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional time management skills with ability to prioritise and organise own workload
- Smartly presented
- Efficient and able to work under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience as a Property Administrator or similar role
- Strong attention to detail
- Driving licence and own car
