What we’re looking for:

- Experience working as a 180 or 360 consultant in a recruiting agency. This includes business development experience, and/or a strong understanding of the recruitment process lifecycle. We’re looking for people who can deliver a seamless recruitment service.
- Drive and determination. Recruiting can be a tough job, so you’ve got to show ambition, want to exceed targets, and deliver an excellent service day-in, day-out.
- Problem-solvers. If you see something not working, flag it, and become part of the solution.
- Organised. You’ll be encouraged to work autonomously, although we will be here to support you, so good time management and organisation will be key.
- A team player. We embrace the fact that everyone has something to learn from each other. We share ideas, support each other, and celebrate each others’ successes.

What will you be doing?
- Have a great grasp of our services, and be able to advise others about them.
- Research and identify new business opportunities within an industry, seeking out the appropriate key decision makers.
- Generate leads and contact prospective new clients.
- Negotiate deals and hit your targets. Receive permanent roles from clients and fill within agreed time limits.
- Nurture and develop relationships with potential and current clients.
- Monitor and report on activities.
- Communicate effectively with all relevant team members.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
