We are looking to recruit a competent Service Coordinator for our Service Department, reporting directly to the Service Manager. The person will be passionate about delivering a great customer service experience.

Supporting the Service Department with general day to day tasks such as;
- Day to day engineer scheduling
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
- Perform data entry with proficiency
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Must be comfortable in responding to client enquiries both verbally and written
- Process payments and carry out credit control for the department
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for the Service Manager
- Maintain compliance of the department’s equipment
- Actively participate in marketing strategies

They will also require;
- I.T Proficiency including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Good knowledge in operating standard office equipment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise with strong problem solving, multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
