The Academic Administration Division (AAD) provides the support and information that Oxford students need to thrive in their academic and personal lives. The Communications Officer will contribute to the division’s success through effective staff and student communications.

You will be responsible for delivering co-ordinated and engaging communications to staff and students across the University.

**About the Role**

This is an exciting and varied role that plays an important part in ensuring effective communications in the Academic Administration Division (AAD).

Reporting to the Senior Communications Manager - Students and AAD, you will be responsible for developing compelling content in a range of formats - from websites and digital channels to events, briefings and publications, making a significant contribution to the AAD Communications Strategy.

You will work closely with student communications colleagues and internal stakeholders across the University to deliver co-ordinated and engaging communications and provide professional advice and support.

**About You**

You’ll need to be able to get to grips with complex, technical information and feel confident working independently within a complex organisation.

Excellent interpersonal skills are vital, and internal communications or higher education experience would be beneficial.
