We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Graduate Consultant who has excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills is required to join a graduate programme with a forward-thinking team, working with the latest technologies and making a real impact in the GIS / Geospatial field.

Working as the Graduate Consultant you will join a leading innovator in the GIS / Geospatial industry, specialising in cutting-edge projects that harness the power of spatial data to solve real-world challenges. The team is composed of passionate professionals who are dedicated to making a positive difference through innovative solutions.

As the Graduate Consultant you will be an integral part of the GIS / Geospatial team, contributing your perspective and insights to exciting projects.

DUTIES

Once fully trained your duties as the Graduate Consultant include:
**Supporting Geospatial Projects**: Assisting in the planning, execution, and delivery of GIS projects, working collaboratively with senior consultants and project managers

**Data Analysis**: Conducting geospatial data analysis and utilising the latest tools and technologies to derive meaningful insights from spatial data

**Communication and Presentation**: Effectively conveying complex geospatial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations

**Problem Solving**: Identifying challenges and proposing creative solutions to optimise project outcomes

**Client Interaction**: Collaborating directly with clients to understand their requirements and ensure project objectives are met

**Documentation**: Preparing thorough documentation, reports, and project updates to maintain transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in GIS, Geospatial Sciences, Geography, Environmental Sciences, IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail

Exceptional presentation skills to convey complex geospatial concepts to diverse audiences

Strong problem-solving abilities, with a passion for analysing spatial data

A positive attitude, a proactive approach to learning, and a strong team player mentality
