Job Introduction
**Rapport is recruiting Corporate Receptionists and Mobile Corporate Receptionists who are passionate about delivering great service to our clients and their visitors. We would like to invite you to our recruitment event on Wednesday 26th June, 4pm to 7pm. Further details to be confirmed.**

We are recruiting for various contracts with offices in the West End, Canary Wharf, St James' and the City of London. We have both static roles, where you will be permanently based at the same site, and 'network' roles, where you will cover roles at a number of different sites. All our roles are Permanent, Full Time, you will have 20 days paid holidays and access to company benefits.

**Main Responsibilities**

Although role content may vary, the main responsibilities within these roles are:

- First point of contact for all clients and customers arriving to the building
- Meet and greet and assist with all meetings and events on site
- Setting up and management of meeting rooms

- Ideally have at least one year of customer service experience in a similar role (e.g., front-of-house reception experience in a luxury hotel, premium airline, or corporate environment)
- Be enthusiastic with integrity, a can-do attitude, and great attention to detail
- Possess passion about delivering great service and taking responsibility for the contribution to the team
- Be able to create a friendly and collaborative environment, ensuring uncompromising standards of cleanliness, creating a safe workplace
- Have great interpersonal skills, an outgoing and vibrant personality
- Demonstrate an excellent command of the English language, both in verbal and written communication
