**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote, explain, and sell relevant and appropriate tours to guests before they go ashore
- Execute tactical plans & marketing activities to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets
- Partake in and monitor the Shore Excursion product
- Take ownership of guest queries & complaints and drive guest satisfaction targets
- Build & maintain professional working relationships with the Tour Operators in each port of call
- Set up & organize lounges before tour meeting times & assist with the timely dispatch of all guests
- Participate in all safety drills and trainings as required
- Follow all environmental and other company policies and procedures

**Essential Requirements**:

- Excellent command of Spanish language **(prioritized)**:

- Previous tour staff or shipboard onboard revenue experience preferred
- Operational experience with a land-based resort or tour company in an international environment preferred
- Proven ability to exceed customer service standards
- Proficient in Microsoft programs, PowerPoint, mail merge.
- Ability to conduct financial transactions quickly and accurately
- Ability to thrive in a high pressure sales environment while maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
- Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Ability to Swim and partake in adventure activities.
- Resourceful and adaptable - able to respond effectively and quickly to changing & challenging situations.
- High energy, with a sense of fun and a passion for people and travel.
- Drivers license preferred.

**Preferred Experience/Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate degree in International Tourism Management, Hospitality & Events preferred
- Previous work experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure, diverse environment preferred

**Contract**:

- 6 months on-board, followed by 2 months of vacation
- Shared cabin with private bathroom facilities
