As an IR/PBR Administrator you will support our Disability Assessors and make enquiry calls, return cases to the DWP/DFC or sourcing further evidence from a variety of GP surgeries for new and existing claimants of Personal Independent Payment to complete paper based reports.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Making calls to GP surgeries for further medical evidence and feeding back to DA any updates.
- Making the necessary check on the advanced finds to follow up if FME has been received by due date and making the appropriate action on CRM if it has / hasn’t been received.
- Allocating cases to DAs to ensure fair distribution of cases. Liaising with the Team Manager and updates.
- Case reviews Lot 4 and Lot 2 to support Change of Assessment team and cross check appointments date matches date on case. Update COA team of any changes.
- Field any inbound calls to the DA as and when required.
- Any ad hoc duties that may be deemed necessary by the business to ensure successful delivery of the PIP assessment service.

- The ability to take ownership of own workload and resolving any issues wherever possible at the initial stage of enquiry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Genuine enthusiasm for customer service.
- Good time management.
- High attention to detail and accurate data inputting.
- Be adaptable to change in a constantly shifting environment.
- Being able to work on your own accord and provide any initivative as and where necessary.
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
