We are looking for an exceptional **SEN Teacher** with experience in working with ASD children for Upper Key stage 2 class of 3 pupils. As a special educational needs (SEN) teacher you will work with pupils who have autism, complex needs and/orhave social, emotional, and mental health needs; many have a combination of these difficulties. You will provide support with their learning through a curriculum that meets each pupil’s specific needs in order that they reach their full educational potential.

**Duties**:

- Identifying individual needs and being responsible for creating a safe, stimulating, and supportive learning environment
- Preparing lessons and resources, teach either individuals or small groups of pupils within, or outside, the class
- Marking and assessing work
- Developing and adapting conventional teaching methods to meet the individual needs of pupils
- Liaising with other professionals, such as social workers, speech and language therapists, physiotherapists, and educational psychologists
