Job Description for Front of House:
Have you got experience within the hospitality industry?Are you available immediately looking for a new challenge? My client is looking for an experienced front of house member of staff to help support during a very busy period. You must be prepared to workin all areas, including the restaurant, reception, and bar.Our client provides quality customer experience for guests; therefore, you will need to be very well presented, reliable and able to work with customers across all levels in a professional manner.You will be joining a family

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Greeting and seating customers
- Taking orders for food and drink
- Serving food
- Serving alcohol
- Cleaning and resetting tables with dishes, glasses, and flatware as needed.
- Answering phone calls
- Preparing cheques and processing payments
- Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitising, sweeping floors, washing dishes, etc.
- Reconciling daily cash transactions

Key Skills and Attributes required:

- Previous experience working in the hospitality industry.
- 100% reliable
- Able to communicate with customers in a professional manner.
- Well presented.
This position is full time Monday-Friday - Hours will include some weekends; evenings early starts and late finishes.
