The role:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our client APHA on a temporary basis. If you enjoy working with people and have a strong administration background, then this may be the role for you.

The team:
You will be part of the Field operations team and allocations team

**Responsibilities**:
Field Operations Team:

- Records Management
- Rota and tracker maintenance for resource/rest days/ Update Field Ops Board
- Mailbox management
- Making phone calls on behalf of the FOM to field staff to get updates and figures.
- Track paperwork progress before and after debriefing.
- Monitor equipment / kit on IP's (servicing of welfare vans etc)
- Request quotes, raise and monitor PO as necessary (local pet crem)
- Basic checks on paperwork (Check for dates, signatures, names and AIV numbers)
- Chase vets and AHOs for paperwork completion
- Weekly call with data entry to chase missing paperwork or amendments.
- Monitor security stand down.
- Book couriers

Allocations Team
- Mailbox management
- Liaise with job pack creation to print paperwork for VDP or APHA staff.
- Book urgent visits that VDP aren't delivering for APHA.
- Track JRFs with VDP against timeframes and flag any issues.
- Upload/Scan of foot patrol data
- Track 'clean and dirty' (Not for this current strain but for future diseases or strains)
- Track rest days and updates ROTAs
- Upload forms to relevant folders
- Book couriers
- Accepting packaged samples from VDP/Vets
- Actioning equipment requests from VDP
- Record information on tracker/spreadsheets
- Allocating JRFs to APHA vets and VDP
- Encrypting of documents prior to sending to VDP
- Liaising with Debrief Team
- Liaison with stakeholders to confirm any data anomalies.
- Debrief of Foot Patrol Paperwork
- Arranging collection of Clinical Waste from VDP practice

Skills and experience needed:

- Strong communication (written and oral)
- Stakeholder management
- Confident in all MS packages
- Strong admin background
- Work independently and part of a team
