**Support Worker (Part Time) £10.90 per hour**

We have an opportunity available for a support worker to join the team at our supported living service, Pebble Court based in Blackpool Lancashire FY5 1FG.

**Responsibilities**:
**The Role**:
You will be supporting adults on a person centred basis to live independently in their own properties helping them move towards independent accommodation. Tasks will include assisting with personal care, medication, accessing the community & domestic tasks.

Qualifications:
