We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and hard-working Stores Assistant to join our Procurement Team at one of the finest private international clubs in the world. Just half an hour from Glasgow, Loch Lomond Golf Club is often described as one of the most beautiful places on earth, and its members can enjoy golf, luxury accommodation, fine dining, country pursuits and a luxurious spa. As part of our team, you will look after a discerning membership spanning over 30 countries world-wide.

Duties and responsibilities:

- To work with the Stores Manager to facilitate the receiving and distribution of goods at Loch Lomond Golf Club.
- Tasks include receiving and checking stock deliveries received and distributing orders/goods to the relevant departments. Compiling stock list for reorder. The Job entails working closely with our Food and Beverage department, as well as other departments within the Golf Club.
- Stock rotation, spot checks and stock counts are an important element of the job, and these tasks are done in conjunction with the Store Manager and his team.
- Working to the Store’s Departments working procedures, H&S policy and good food hygiene practises is essential.
- A current UK driving licence is required as the tasks involve driving company vehicles.

**Person**:

- The role will involve driving Company vehicles around the site, therefore it is crucial that you hold a valid, UK Driver’s Licence.
- You must have the means of getting to and from Loch Lomond Golf Club due to our rural location
- A degree of flexibility will be required to allow to cover busy spells of the business
- A friendly, outgoing personality and a can
- do attitude is a must

Salary information - £23,518.35 (Working 40 Hours, 5 from 7 Days)
