We are seeking a skilled Manual Turner to join our team. As a Manual Turner, you will be responsible for operating manual lathes. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

- Set up and operate manual lathes to machine metal parts according to specifications
- Use hand tools, such as files and grinders, to smooth and polish finished parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine machining operations
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery, such as lubricating parts and replacing worn tools
- Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

- Proven experience as a Manual Turner or similar role

**Salary**: £17.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 39 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
