We are recruiting on behalf of our client, who is looking to recruit a facilities service administrator on a short-term 3-month contract to help contribute to the effective/efficient operation of the onsite Help Desk, as well as provide administrative operational/commercialsupport.

Duties of the role include:

- Taking helpdesk calls via the Cisco phone system.
- Providing day-to-day management of the CAFM system to ensure we meet our contractual obligations.
- Monitoring/managing outstanding job sheets, producing backlog reports to ensure the system is up-to-date at all times.
- Proactively liaising with Technical Staff, Supervisors, Managers and Building Users (as appropriate), ensuring accurate/relevant/timely communication is maintained at all times.
- Providing accurate data to generate detailed monthly reports from the system for incorporation into the client monthly report.
- Assisting in the collating/production of monthly reports as required by General Manager.
- Providing administrative support to Supervisory and Management staff across the contract, including by not limited to H&S, Maintenance, Projects, Finance, Quality and Compliance.
- Raising remedial jobs.
- Creating folders and filing them away.
- Running reports for outstanding reactive and remedial tasks.
- Accessing arrangements to KCC buildings.
- Any other relevant duties.

This position is a temporary contract of three months, working full time Monday to Friday working 7½ hrs a day, paying £11.31ph.
