For our UK Entity (Ecowater Systems UK), we are looking for 2 dynamic Graduate sales trainees for our Tapworks brand we sell to Builders Merchants, installers, plumbers create sales and increase market share as part of our long term group strategy.

Your Profile after training and development program would include the following:

- Integrity and ethical conduct in accordance to Marmon policies and procedures
- Grow and develop into new business sales along with account development with existing outlets
- Gain a working knowledge of the plumbing and heating supply chain
- Understand market dynamics and customer focus would be required
- Develop a professional business acumen, with the ability to think out of the box and find creative business-oriented solutions to help generate sales
- Able to demonstrate a partnering approach to the sales cycle
- Gain a Structured, independent and result-oriented approach way of working
- Develop extremely high customer orientation & strong people skills
- Develop excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills through professional training
- Energetic, positive and honest personality
- Results driven mindset

Responsibilities of the role once the training and development program has been completed
- Develop new business sales
- Strategic management and maintenance of existing customers
- Develop local business plans with key customers
- Provide guidance, training and commercial & technical support
- Develop new Plumbing and heating installers for customer base
- Market research & mapping including competition monitoring
- Develop and optimize marketing strategy with internal and external parties
- Proactively monitor market trends and systematically evaluate new business opportunities
- Representative tasks at trade events and fairs
- Independent and solution-oriented client counseling regarding the entire product range
- Supervise and coach our partners
- Report to the UK Commercial Director and closely cooperate with other local departments
