Essentially the company is looking for a Payroll Manager to manage the Payroll for the Group companies and supervise a team of 2 staff.

**Description**
- Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay-rates.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant law in relation to payroll, wage, hour laws and best practices.
- Facilitate audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
- Identify and recommend updates to processing software, systems, and procedures.
- Manage the payroll team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Profile**
- Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll deductions.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficient with payroll software.
