Working with a well known multi-national services and software solutions business based in Staines upon Thames (hybrid, 3 days in office) to recruit a Senior Analyst. This Senior Analyst role will support the UK&I organisation to deliver key financial informationand make data accessible to ensure that the Business achieves and exceeds on its objectives while following the Global strategy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Using data mining to extract information from data sets and identify correlations and patterns
- Organising and transforming information into comprehensible structures
- Using data to predict trends in the customer base and the consumer population as a whole
- Performing statistical analysis of data
- Using tools and techniques to visualise data in easy-to-understand formats, such as diagrams and graphs
- Preparing reports and presenting these to management or clients
- Monitoring data quality and removing corrupt data
- Communicating with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements
- Support on the preparation of the monthly leadership dashboard reporting, covering financial and operational performance, to enable the UK & Ireland leadership to assess current performance in order to drive and support crucial business decisions
- Support delivery of an accurate and robust Annual Budget and Quarterly Forecast
- Providing financial and analytical support to the Finance team & broader business
- Drive continuous improvement and Business Process Improvement ("BPI") initiatives within Finance and Financial reporting

**Profile**:

- A solid understanding of data sources, data organisation and storage
- The ability to pay attention to detail when working with data in order to make accurate conclusions and predictions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively share findings with shareholders
- Strong IT and mathematical skills
- In-depth knowledge of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques
- Knowledge of relevant relational databases
- Ability to deliver under pressure while meeting tight deadlines
- Ability to maintain clear lines of communication
- Accuracy with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to identify areas to improve and drive forward efficiencies
- Degree educated with strong academics
- Excellent Power Query/ Power Pivot/ Power BI skills
- Excellent IT skills (including Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Experience of financial systems (Oracle and Hyperion preferable)

**Salary**:
£55,000 - £70,000 + bonus + benefits
