Some of your main duties will include but are not limited to:
- Answering incoming phone calls; taking messages and re-directing calls when necessary.
- Processing sales/renewal payments.
- Welcome packs.
- Meet and greet visitors.
- Customer support.
- Assist colleagues when necessary.
- Order office supplies.
Desired Skills:
- Administrative or assistant experience.
- An understanding of office management systems and procedures.
- The ability to manage time correctly, prioritise work and multi-task.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisational and planning skills.
- The ability to use Microsoft Office packages (e.g., Excel, Word).
Personal Qualities:
- Motivated.
- A desire to learn.
- Hard working.
- Able to interact as a team but can also be self-sufficient.
- Driven.
