All staff at Medway comply the Trust’s and the Kent and Medway Safeguarding Board’s policies on safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults.

Primary purpose of the role is to support the Clinical Research Delivery Manager and assist the research team as directed.

Provide administrative support to the R&I team.

General clerical duties e.g. filing, minute taking, typing, photocopying, room booking, monitoring of office supplies, coordinating requests for information etc.

Assist in the Public Relations activities (electronic and non-electronic) of R&I.

Arranging meetings and identify and reserve suitable venues and infrastructure for internal and external meetings.

Assess the implication and priority of incoming information (electronic and non electronic) and disseminate it to the relevant staff in a timely manner.

Assist in the preparation of study materials for archiving.

Assist in the handling of patients notes for data collection.

Assist staff responsible for the delivery of the studies in the R&I portfolio.

Using relevant software update and add new entries to the Research Database.
