You will work 5 days per week, 8:30 to 17:30 with half an hour for lunch Monday to Friday.

**About You**

We are looking to recruit a Vehicle Progressor to work at our DM Keith York Site within our Corporate Sales Team on a full-time contract. Basic hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Reporting to the Senior Vehicle Progressor, the main purpose of the role is to provide efficient and professional service for and on behalf of our Corporate division.

As a Vehicle Progressor you will be highly organised, accurate and able to manage the demands of multiple duties.

The role involves ensuring that all customer and Company vehicles are presented in immaculate condition and that any faults whatsoever are identified and actioned prior to the vehicle being handed over to the customer.

The Job entails a multitude of tasks and an eye for detail is key, these tasks include but are not limited to, Initial reception and inspection of vehicles from the Brands when they arrive on transporter, meticulous record keeping of any faults present on the vehicles and processing the paperwork to ensure warranty claims can be made. Organisation of the compound keeping vehicles accessible and available for Pre-Delivery Inspection.

Liaising with the Aftersales department to ensure vehicles receive their Pre-Delivery Inspection in good time and in line with the expected delivery date. Working to ensure vehicles are available for the Valeting Department and then final quality inspection of the vehicles before handing over the vehicle to our drivers for onward delivery.

Ensure all vehicles are presented in pristine condition, any faults / damage (minor or major) are reported to the appropriate Manager, prior to the vehicle being handed over to the customer.

This role is required to drive customers' vehicles in a safe and considerate manner at all times, ensuring that no damage or loss occurs. Be articulate and an eye for detail. Maintain high standards at all times.

Maintaining a presentable appearance and hygiene, ensuring that work wear is regularly cleaned.

It is essential to the role to represent D. M. Keith in a professional manner at all times.
