**About Us**:
We are a leading conveyancing firm based in the North West, dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. Our dynamic team is looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Post Completion Clerk to join us immediately. If you have experience in post-completion work and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.
**Key Duties**:
- **Managing Post Completion Processes**: Handle all aspects of the post-completion process, including the registration of properties with the Land Registry.
- **Documentation**: Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
- **Client Liaison**: Maintain communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any post-completion queries or concerns.
- **File Management**: Organize and maintain client files, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- **Lender Panel Management**: ensuring all lender panels and lender portals are kept up to date
- **Compliance**: Ensure all processes comply with current conveyancing laws and regulations.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address any issues that arise during the post-completion process efficiently and professionally including land registry requisition
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular reports on post-completion activities to senior management.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a similar role within a conveyancing firm is desirable.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of the conveyancing process, particularly post-completion.
- **Skills**: Excellent organiaational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **IT Proficiency**: Proficiency in using conveyancing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
