Heating Surveyor

Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Heating Surveyor to join our team, based in Ellesmere Port, covering contracts for North Wales/Cheshire/Wirral You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum Plus Company Van, Fuel Card Plus Excellent Benefits

**Responsibilities for the Technical Heating Surveyor will include**:
Carry out detailed installation surveys throughout the North West for boilers on social housing contracts.

Post complete inspections, specifying and ensuring all health and safety is met per job

Ensuring customer safety by completing installation surveys in line with gas safe rules and regulations

**What we are looking for in our ideal Technical Heating Surveyor**:
Recognised formal training attaining the relevant craft qualification

NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent

ACS Qualifications, CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT

Understanding of gas legislation

Full driving license
