We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual as a High-end Joinery Installer.

If you are a skilled and experienced High-end Joinery Installer and Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality products, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing the site for installation
- Conducting pre-installation site visits
- Checking with the workshop team to ensure delivery dates are on target
- Identifying and overcoming tolerance issues
- Provision of services (lighting, power, etc.)
- Assessing site, SHE requirements
- Coordinating with project teams
- Conducting final signoffs and checklists
- Liaising with other trades with the integration of M&E within the fitted joinery (e.g., FCU units and LED lighting systems)
- Assisting with training/mentoring apprentices

Key Requirements:

- Holds a clean driving license.
- Demonstrates the ability to listen, take instruction and show a willingness to learn.
- Has good mathematical skills and is practically minded.
- Hard-working, polite, and of tidy appearance
- Committed to delivering high-quality joinery.
- Has a positive ‘can-do' attitude
- Meticulously well-organized and strong levels of planning
- Can read and interpret drawings.
- Can work independently or with other site operatives.
- Ability to manage, train and mentor others.
- Ability to solve any complications in a timely manner.
- Good communication skills
- Good time management skills
- General knowledge of building materials and related disciplines
- Accurate with good attention to detail
- Ability to be flexible with working hours when undertaking site installation
- Flexibility to work in the workshop as required
