This unique and varied role involves creating, setting up and overseeing delivery of shore excursions for the small, luxury and expedition cruise lines visiting your area

Networking with our experienced team throughout the UK, the role involves:

- Planning and operating the arrangements for ships visiting East Coast of Scotland
- Booking transport, guides and attractions
- Developing new and exciting sightseeing experiences
- Attend cruise ship calls as required and oversee operations at the pier including the
- supervision of guides, coach drivers and any other casual staff
- Assisting fellow team members with their roles in other ports
- Work some weekends during the summer, time of in lieu will be granted

Ideally with a background in tourism, events or hotels, you’ll be:

- Proud of where you live
- Excellent communication skills and be able to deliver outstanding customer service
- Excellent administrative skills including accurate data entry
- Good attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office including Excel
- Ability to travel to other ports if required

You must also be a confident driver with a full clean driving licence.

**Pay & Benefits**:

- Salary: £28,000 per annum
