Healthcare Assistant

The role

We’re looking for a passionate Healthcare Assistant to join our Ward Team at Mt Stuart Hospital. Putting patients first, you’ll be given time to care for each person as a unique individual.

Our Wards are busy and colleagues will rely on your support. Together, you’ll deliver the highest quality clinical outcomes in a supported environment. Where you’ll be based

Mount Stuart Hospital is part of Ramsay Health Care UK, one of the leading independent healthcare providers in England. The hospital opened in 1984 and is one of Devon's leading private hospitals with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality healthcare for patients with health insurance, patients who are self-funding treatment or NHS patients exercising choice through the e-referral system.

What you’ll bring with you- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care [please delete if not applicable]- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines- Good written and verbal communication skills- Proven customer services skills- Be a highly motivated individual- Enjoy working in constantly and rapidly changing environments- Great communication skills- Flexible approach to your duties and your hours
