A great opportunity for an Insight Manager to join a horticultural organisation and establish a new insights process.
**The Company**
A horticultural organisation is seeking an Insights Manager to establish a new insights process and unify their customer data onto one platform, as well as migrating to BAU reporting and opening doors to advanced analytics.
The company lies in the public sector and undertakes valuable horticultural research and education to drive international sustainability and conservation measures.
**The Role and Responsibilities**
- Develop and launch new KPI metrics, reports, and forecasts
- Shape and develop data reporting infrastructure to allow users to access customer and business data
- Collaborate with directors, IT, and Insight and Management team to curate and deploy insight and reporting models
- Assist in the migration of data to new CRM and collaborate with Data Management team to set data quality, dictionary, and catalogue standards.
**Your Skills and Experience**
- Experience with SQL and data visualisation tools, ideally Power BI (essential)
- Experience in an insight management role in a similar industry (essential)
- Experience with R or Python (desirable)
