**Description**

**KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Part qualified chartered accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA);
- Strong financial technical skills;
- Awareness of internal controls and SOX compliance requirements;
- would be beneficial
- Strong Excel skills;
- Ability to work on multiple work streams, prioritising the time allocated to each as needed;
- **must have skill**:

- Proven experience of working in a commercially focused finance team, preferably in a fast paced, multi-site, large company;
- A high degree of commercial acumen is essential, together with the ability to think through the numbers and communicate effectively the interpretation of key issues in a clear, concise manner;
- A rigorous mind-set and the ability to deliver timely and insightful information;
- Good influencing skills with senior managers and the senior leadership team, using clear logical data presented in a structured manner that shapes business decisions;
- Team player;
- Ability to work well under pressure and looking for a new challenge;

Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building capabilities with the ability to quickly form working relationships and gain credibility with others.
