**Job Status: Surveyor.**

**Education: Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field.**

As part of your new role as a Graduate Surveyor or Civil engineer and Real State
- You will be responsible for managing a mixture of residential properties and for the measurements, plans and consultations.
- You also arrange and meet with house owners on-site to assist in the management of architectural and Structural plans to arrange and handover of plans to architects and structural engineers
- Client facing role
- Overall responsibility for day-to-day management and progression of numerous projects
- Developing designs from client briefs
- Produce large scale technical details, working drawings and tender packages including co-ordination of specialist consultants
- Produce accurate and high-quality outputs
- Contract administration person specification

Graduate Surveyor desired skills and experience:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in land surveying, preferably within the civil engineering sector.
- Proficiency in the use of surveying equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
