Ageing Well Service Co-ordinator

We are looking for a dynamic, forward thinking, resourceful and creative team member to work with us on our exciting new Ageing in Place Pathfinder programme. The programme is aimed at transforming the lives of older people living in Little Lever, including the new Lever Gardens extra care housing development and the wider older community of the Little Lever village.

This is a new post which provides the perfect opportunity for the right person to help us develop and implement creative, social, physical and leisure activities for our partnership programme with Bolton at Home, from the outset.

Working with older people, staff, volunteers, partners and the community you will research, codesign, set up, coordinate and develop a range of high quality, meaningful and engaging activities and events to improve the quality of life and wellbeing of older people.

This role will be based between Little Lever and the Age UK Bolton Ageing Well Centre, Cross Street, Farnworth.

Part-time hours: 21 per week

**Salary**: £23,470.66 per year
