Night Porter/receptionist

Guyers House Hotel & restaurant are recruiting for a Night Porter/Night Receptionist to join our friendly team.

We are looking for a diligent and conscientious individual who remains calm under pressure whilst providing a friendly and professional service.

General duties of the position include, but aren't limited to:

- Being responsible for the security of the hotel and it's guests - carrying out regular safety and security checks
- Assisting with the set up of conferences and events
- Previous experience with a PMS System desirable
- Accurately checking guests in and out, ensuring correct invoices are processed
- Processing accurate payments
- Assisting with carrying luggage
- Basic bar knowledge
- Assisting with guest queries
- General cleaning duties

1/2 shifts a week, additional cover to cover holidays and sickness

This position involves lone working

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
