**Job Overview**
To engage with both referral agencies; to source participants for Workpays Skills Bootcamp contract in Worcestershire, and employers; to source vacancies and education progressions. You will be responsible for matching placements and vacancies with participants and ensure those of which are sustained progression routes. You will also support a caseload of participants from induction through to sustained progression.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Source eligible referrals on to programmes, placement opportunities and vacancies, in line with the contracts.
- Source work placements and progressions for participants in line with their individual plans
- Work co-operatively with team colleagues to ensure appropriate case
- management.
- Complete all data collection necessary and ensure the IT system relevant to the contract is managed and updated in ‘real time’.
- Network and engage in outreach activities to promote the provision.
- Provide 1:1, group work guidance and support to participants.
- At all times operating within the requirements of the data management and security policies and procedures.
- Maintain management information and administration records on
employers and participants.
- Manage a caseload of participants, which includes recording information
on progress and monitoring outcomes to ensure progression.
- Work collaboratively with employer and delivery staff, to develop the
provision and support participants to achieve their agreed goals.
- Share expertise and skills with other Workpays delivery staff to enhance
delivery and develop programmes.
- Undertake training and development, as agreed with the line manager.
- Play an active role in developing a positive image of Workpays and
representing Workpays as required at meetings.
**General Responsibilities**:
- Maintain an awareness of and actively follow and promote Company policies, including, but not limited to, Safer Recruitment, Data Protection, Information Security, Equal Opportunities, Health and Safety, Safeguarding, and Prevent
- Undertake any training as required by Company policy and take responsibility for professional development
- Work to minimise our operational impacts on the environment
- Other duties as assigned by the Interim Work Based Learning Manager
- GCSEs at grade A*-C (new grades 4-9) in English and maths, or equivalent Level 2 qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
- Knowledge of local young peoples networks
- Experience meeting challenging contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets
- Knowledge and understanding of the local labour market, sector skills gaps, local employment & skills provision, specialist support networks, and education & training providers
- Fluent in the English Language
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High-level communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- IT proficient with an ability to use all Microsoft Office programmes, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
