Our client a leading manufacturer in their field is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their friendly team as a Delivery Coordinator, to enter orders and coordinate deliveries. You will be processing order and liaising with customers to ensure that products are scheduled and delivered in line with expectations.

Duties include;
- Processing customer orders, resolving any queries in a timely manner.
- Create delivery tickets to enable product to be loaded and delivered to site on time.
- Liaise between the Planning team and customers to confirm delivery dates.
- Order negotiation in accordance with budget and targets
- Pricing of orders (training will be given)

The Delivery Coordinator will need to have strong customer liaison and negotiation skills alongside good numeracy.

Effective verbal and written communication skills and an excellent telephone manner as well as order-processing experience and excellent attention to detail is essential. Intermediate Word and Excel as well as excellent organisational skills are required.
