**Are you a Veterinary Nurse looking for a change of direction but would still love to utilise your skills? Or do you have experience assessing pet insurance claims? If yes, we would love to hear from you.**
We are looking for a professional, customer-centric individual to join our friendly Claims team in Salisbury.
As a Claims Handler you will be responsible for ensuring the assessment of pet insurance claims is fair & carried out in line with policy wording, whilst providing the highest standard of customer service.
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A thorough, analytical and methodical approach to work
- A desire to be a policy expert to ensure they can be confident and decisive with their claim cases
- Previous experience working in a veterinary or pet insurance organisation

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
