Our Cloud Practise team is already at capacity, with a significant pipeline, including partnership opportunities with the Big 3 Cloud Hyperscalers.

As part of our growth, we are looking for knowledgeable individuals who can help grow and develop our cloud practice. Our preferred model is a T-shaped individual with a broad-based of at least 2 years of real-world delivery experience using cloud technology (Azure, GCP or AWS) coupled with in-depth knowledge on a specific topic such as DevOps, automation, testing, data management, ML or DataOps.

Ideally, you will demonstrate this not only through the experience on your CV but also through your professional qualifications and certification, and ideally, a good working relationship with partners at the cloud providers and vendors themselves.

Your knowledge and experience will mean that you are comfortable contributing to and leading technically-focussed engagements and creating strategies and roadmaps.

You will also have the opportunity to help shape the growth of the business; any experience in sales or business development will be highly beneficial. You must be comfortable engaging with client stakeholders at all levels and from both a technical and non-technical background.

**Role Responsibilities**:
Delivery of Cloud Consulting packages for clients, including:

- Cloud Introductory Sessions.
- Readiness Assessments.
- Maturity Assessments against industry frameworks.
- Roadmap development.
- Regulatory alignment reviews.
- Hands-on creating demonstrations and Proof of Concepts to exemplify business and technology value in a specific business domain or technical area.
- Developing the growth of the Cloud Practise through pre-sales engagements, marketing content creation and new products and services development.
- Guiding internal staff development, including involvement in junior staff training and onboarding.

**Experience Required**:

- Expert knowledge of at least one of AWS, GCP or Azure, gained by at least 2 years of practical hands-on delivery experience in engineering, architecture, or development role.
- Experience working with business colleagues on business transformation, with an awareness of the enabling role of the cloud.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to present difficult concepts well and in simple terms.
- Experienced in building excellent client relationships and stakeholder management.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience in proposal and strategy creation.
- Experience in the Financial Services sector is highly desirable.
