**The Role**:
To support the Supply chain function activities which encompasses sourcing, purchasing, logistics and warehousing.

To follow KPI's and projects as set out by the Head of Supply chain.

**Your Duties**:

- To make sure that the stock levels do not exceed the target at anytime.
- Manage stock sheets and forecast levels within residency targets.
- To assist with any projects that are needed from the Manager or other department.
- To prepare reports, statistics and presentations as required by the Head of Supply chain.
- To Liaise with other departments to run out the stocks on delists and obsolete.
- To source new products, receive samples and work with NPD on approvals.
- To work collaboratively with all areas of the business - Operations, stock control and finance to achieve business goals.
- To ensure sourcing is compliant within supplier approval policies.
- To ensure all POs are placed to suppliers and follow up on delivery arrivals.
- To ensure all pricing is accurate against purchase orders and resolve any invoice issues.
- Attendance at meetings within the business which require Supply chain input and assistance.
- Support and work on materials, forecasting planning systems implementation and operating procedures.
- To work with Supply chain on cost improvement pipelines and projects.
- Support the department on Transport planning / review of business incoterms and supply chain mapping.
- Develop and support the development of Sustainability within the business and across our supply chain partners.
- To support senior management on any duties that are required within the supply chain department.

**Required Skills and Competencies**:

- +2 years of experience in a supply chain / logistics role
- Food Industry experience is desirable.
- Stock management experience essential.
- Attention to detail and high numerical ability.
- Competent in excel, word, ERP / WMS.
- Experience in forecasting desirable.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
