**Receptionist/Secretary/Administrative Assistant - Chartered Accountant in Romford**

Our client is looking to recruit a full time secretary/administrative assistant for their office in Romford. The position will comprise of both a secretarial role as well as an administrative role working for one of the partners in our very busy Romfordoffice.

**Duties will include**:

- Answering the telephone & relaying messages
- Scheduling appointments and booking boardroom for meetings.
- Sorting and scanning daily post
- Typing to include letters to clients and HMRC, reports, professional documents and Accounts
- Submitting various forms to Companies House e.g. Confirmation Statements
- Ensuring clients details are kept up to date on our IRIS system
- General clerical duties to include photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing
- The production of invoices using the firm’s IRIS and XERO software
- Greeting visitors and providing refreshments.
- General Administrative duties
- Organising social events for the company
- Adhoc projects and tasks
- Good communication and very good typing skills
- Have a high degree of accuracy in their work, particularly when typing figures.
- Experience of IRIS and XERO software preferred

Hours of work would be Monday to Friday - 9am - 5.30pm with a 1 hour lunch break

Salary will be in a range of £25,000 - £30,000
