**Role**: UX Designer

**Salary**: 75k-£85k + benefits

**Location**: Office in London - Remote working

**About the company**:
A world-renowned brand and an opportunity to make a difference as they digitalise the customer experience. You'll be the first UX designer working on their new projects.

**Purpose of the role**:
Creates recommendations for product development using design thinking techniques to understand the customer need, ideate of solutions, and test ideas with customers. Presents recommendations to Product Owners to take into delivery.

Understands and captures business needs in a way that enables IT to develop, test and deploy solution(s) that deliver the target business benefits.

**Qualifications**:
Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.

**What we're looking for**:
You will be proficient in the use of a range of tools to map out the user's journey through a product, including user interaction design, user flows and wireframes. You are able to handle effective senior stakeholder management, balancing and finding compromisesbetween opposing views and opinions.

**Your experience**:
Demonstratable experience of successfully performing a Business Analysis / UX designer role in both Agile and Waterfall delivery settings.

Demonstrable experience of process engineering and requirement documentation.

Experience of working in a business and technology delivery environment.

Experience of working with the following is highly desirable:
Architecture frameworks

Process mapping tools

Agile and waterfall management tools

Experience of operating across multiple countries and cultures is desirable.
